Light Trail

Good day everyone,
Just to let you know that we plan to have a ‘Jesus is the light’ trail again this year on October 31st , 4.00pm – 5.30pm for children with their parents/carers.
I have attached a flyer for you to see and also share. We will have a story and song, decorate a small paper carrier bag before heading off to identified houses to give our message ‘Jesus is the light’ in return for a ‘treat’ to be collected in the bag. The children return for hot chocolate and marshmallows. The children should all have a sticker to identify them. The children can dress up if they wish.
If you feel you would like to help by –
1. Providing a pumpkin with a face and heart carved into it ( we need 2)
2. Joining us in the church for the hot chocolate about 4.45/5.00pm
3. Being a house locally to be on the list of houses to visit – we need about 6-8 houses. You need to have someone in the house to answer the door, ask for the message and hand out some goodies. The houses need to be in walking distance of the church.

I would be delighted to hear from you. It is a great opportunity to do things together with the whole church family.
